slow logon to domino server following MS updates

Hi all,

We are currenlty experiencing an issue with very slow login to a Lotus Domino server following MS updates. the following updates were installed Kb 941202, KB 944653, KB 950760, KB950762,KB951698,KB948496, KB945553,KB960715,KB938127,KB936782,KB929123,KB941569.
The logon sits at the applying computer settings screen for upto an hour and its the same when i use TS to logon. any ideas? Server is windows 2003 R2 SP2

all machines were updated. When i get onto the box it operates as normal without response issues. the problem is it takes over an hour to logon\logoff. I have checked and tested all DNS settings etc,
