Word Perfect 11 too slow to open files
Hello,
I was wondering if anyone can help me with this issue that I am having.
I'm having problem with WP in that it will stall for a while until it locates a folder if I go beyond two folders. For example, I go into one of the files that are located on the server, open that and then ask it to open a specific folder, open that, then ask it to open say a letter I composed.......wait.....wa
I can get coffee and return, it's open
its taking way too long before it can open it, any feedback would be appreciated.

ok,
looks like that SP1 and 2 are installed on WP 11 Pro, and that other people access the files and change the informations within the files occasionally.
about drivers being removed or re-mapped then the answer would be no. the only thing that i can think of is that it is taking time to "index" the informations or something like that. If there is more tips you can share with me I would really appreciate it.

Also, yes there is links within the folders to other files, but as far as I know all the files are valid. but I will look around more.
