Internal Server Error 500 - OWA

I have an Exchange Server 2003 as part of our SBS 2003 server.

Sometimes users get a "500 internal server error" when trying to access their mailboxes through OWA. However most users doesn't have any problem using OWA and if a user get a 500 error and then tries a while later they get in. Is there a limit to the number of users logged on to OWA in SBS? Or is there some other problem?

Have you got sufficient CALs (licences) to cover all your users?

I read them before posting, but it didn't seem plausible since most users don't have any problem with OWA. What I can understand from those articles is that that would be a problem for all users, if that was the problem?

I found in the SBS server management a "installed license" and a "maximum usage" which has been over the installed licenses once, but I can find no way of seeing the actual current usage. Is that possible? I found 10 CALs that a consultant had bought but didn't install... Now they are and I'll hope that will solve the problem. But shouldn't there be an error message saying that all licenses are used or something?

I will give the new licenses a go over the weekend, if that has eliminated the problem I will award points. In the meantime, thanks for your responses!
