AT&T Global Network Client unable to connect

We have been going round and round with this for weeks but we are unable to get the AT&T Global Network Client to connect on our corporate network.  I can connect using our Suddenlink line which is just going through a Netgear router.  We have made the changes to our firewall from the documentation on AT&T's web site but still no dice.  What I am trying to do now is setup a machine with two nics install, one on our corporate LAN, 172.16.0.0 and one on our Suddenlink LAN, 192.168.0.0.  How do I make the AT&T global network client use the Suddenlink LAN and not the corporate LAN?
