2) start/run/winword /regserver<br />

This has resolved the aforementioned error message. As of now when SEND is clicked - the error message is says &quot;unspecified error&quot; and to click OK.<br />

In trying to click the error message away another one appears saying &quot;unspecified error&quot;.
