Not sure this is possible using a clipboard function unless there is a location shared by both sessions to "park" the copied data.  Ideally if you have some personal space on a fileserver that is mapped to both Citrix connections you should be able to move files across but data would need to be saved.

Listening with interest to see if there is an alternative.

Each Citrix Server can disable/enable copy and paste either via the ica-tcp connector or a Citrix policy.

For Every Server that copy and paste is not working on - check the following:
ica-tcp connector
4.0 and earlier:
1) launch the Citrix Connection Configuration (folder/hammer from the the ica toolbar)
2) double click ica-tcp
3) click client settings
4) make sure Disable Client Clipboard Mapping is unchecked

4.5 and higher
1) launch tscc.msc from start > run (tsconfig.msc in 2008)
2) double clikc ica-tcp
3) Client settings tab
4) make sure clipboard malling is unchecked

This can also be set in any Citrix Policy - so you have to check every Citrix Policy you have:
1) Launch CMC
2) drill down to Polices under your farm name
3) open policy by double clicking
4) under Client Devices > Resources > Other is Turn off clipboard mapping - make sure this is either Not Configured or Disabled (Enabled would = no clipboard features).
5) repeat steps 3-4 for every policy in the list.
