Citrix user session freezes

Hello Guys,
I have a small farm of two servers (win2003 SP2); sometimes users' session just freezes and they are not able to do anything until I disconnect them from the session.
There is not a regular pattern I could list; they could be checking outlook emails, working on an excel sheet or even while the session is on idle their session becomes unresponsive.
I checked the logs in the server but there is nothing there.

Can you help? Thanks in advance

Just a quick thought, maybe you should check for a connectivity issue.  Citrix is very fussy about being connected all the time.  If something disconnects or drops the network interface for a moment even, the sictrix session will stop and stay stuck there until loggedd off from the server.

Thanks Aaog,
I pointed that to the users, but the problem happens on a fresh session, while it is still active. I know when users disconnect from their session and reconnect that could happen but on an active session?

Thank you,

OK, I did some research yesterday and found out that my server is missing some hotfixes and patches that tackle session stability.
Has anyone experienced a session relaiability problem before the hotfixes and that disappeared after applying them?  Just curious...  thanks.
Another question: my farm has two servers but only one is used. Could the other server be interfering?  If so, is there anything i would need to do other than removing it from the farm or is that a straight shot.
Any comments are greatly appreciated. thank you all,
hmm...  You may be right.  Active sessions try to reconnect if they lose connectivity, and if they work right, htey should still be stable (I was testing on my network here).  I haven't patched our often in the past because we don't run into problems much.  Anyone have ideas?  I can tell you that Citrix support is very good, but if it's out of contract then it is expensive for an support incident.  So if you have trouble and a time limit, they can help out too.  Hopefully the patches will resolve it though.

I did apply the hotfixes but I am still experiencing the problems. Any other ideas?

OK, I found the problem. The VoIP program is integrated to Outlook and it caused outlook to freeze when trying to syncrhonize. The fix was uninstalling the VoIP integration and reinstalling it; reconfigured everything as if it was the very first time.

Thank you Aaog for your time!

Although none of the solutions helped resolve my problem, I appreciate the help and effort to get my issue resolved. Thank you Aaog.
