Calender appointment an hour off on BB 8830

Hello;

I have a user in our BES environment who's calender items appear an hour later than the time when entered into Outlook, example, put in appointment in Outlook for noon, it shows on BB at 1pm.
I updated BB to 4.2.2, applied DST 2007 patch, and reset BB, but still happening.
any ideas?

Hi
Couple of quick things to level set , you may have done these however it would help a lot in resolving the problem
1. Is this the first time outlook has been synchronized to BB ?
2. If it was working previously did this start happening since the day light saving time ?
    if so what is the time zone and setting for automatic daylight saving switch on both the devices ?


Some other basic would also help -
OS of the desktop/laptop - version of the outlook -
You have given the BB version who is the Provider ?

Does the user's workstation have the DST patch installed?
First basic thing is on the bb device check which time zone it is set for.  Also check to under Options > Date/Time, the Date/Time source should be set to Network.
