Service Pack 3 install question

So I am sitting here troubleshooting an end user issue and installing XP SP3.  If you have ever watched the file installs happening in the wizard, you will notice that a very large portion of the file installs actually install backwards alphabetically.  While that's probably just part of the script to install it, does anyone know why they chose to install the files in reverse alphabetically?  Is there a reason?
