We have a external mailbox that's around 20GB and it's hosted through intermedia. &nbsp;We have 15 people who access this and it's clogging the bandwidth. &nbsp;How can I change it to download headers only? &nbsp;Since it's nobody's primary box, but rather a shared mailbox.
