File Server House Keeping

Hi,
I have A Windows 2003 R2 used as a File Server in My Organization. I have Installed File Server Resource Manager In those servers and restricted to Store Audio/Video/Executable FIles.  Now the Issues is that The Datas That were Stored in the Sharedrive Before Enabling the Screening Contains some Audio/Media FIles. Is there Any Way I can move those to a Non Shared Location in A Single Streach With a repor Stating that the following fIles has Been Moved. So that it can be restored when Necessary.

you can use robocopy to move the files and write the log out to a file. robocopy is part of the windows resource tool kit.
