Opening BusinessObjects Supervisor 6.1: Error Message Server Error USR0057
When attempting to launch and log in to Supervisor, the following error message is received.
Server Error USR0057
28000(Microsoft)[ODBCSQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Login failed for user 'sa'|18456
In this case, I have already confirmed that the ODBC setting the Repository uses has the correct password so I'm thinking now that the username and password the repository uses is incorrect and needs to be changed.
Is there a way to do this because as soon as I login I get the error message.

If I remember correctly, you need to rebuild your .KEY file. On the login screen, I believe you have to option to point to a new repository (I haven't used 6.1 for a while). This will recreate your .key file (which holds the connection password - ODBC connections do not hold the password).

Thank you, I'm checking with my user on this issue. I'm concerned though, what if there is no 'other' repository to point to. Do you just create a new one?
