How to restore deleted emails in apple mail?

hello guys,
I have my MaacBook with pop3 account set and then I created a new imap account for the same email and then deleted the pope.

Now I missed the sent items but inbox is ok.

please help

If you just did this, the mail is probably still there in a file on your Mac.

When you looked for the mailbox files, did you look in library/mail in your home folder and not the Mac system folder?  Unless it somehow got overridden, the folders are probably still there.

If you have looked in the appropriate spot and did not find the mail folders as outlined in the link above, then most likely the files are gone and there is no way to restore.  Do you do Time machine backups or other backups of your system?  If not, then most likely there is no way to restore the lost emails.
