ows Timer service slow down the vertual machine in sharepoint

i run VirualServer 2005. i run sharepoint in Virtual machine. it is too slow. service called owsTimer takes 80% of cpu utilization

sounds like possible memory leaks.  do you have any customizations?

Hello,
i have the same problem. Every minute my CPU takes 100 % of cpu.
I just installed on a VMWARE-machine Moss2007 sp2 and June CU 2009.

I set in Diagnostic protocol the Timer of Error and unexpected. But nothing will be better. The machine is slow and we can not work with it.

In the sharepoint log at this time there are following entries:
