SharePoint Photo library attachments

I want to add a Word document, which is a waver, as an attachment to each of the photos in our SharePoint Photo library but the option is not avaliable.  Does anyone know how to do this?

One way to do this is to go to your picture library, and create a new lookup field to a document library with the Name field selected.  Upload your documents to the document library making sure to populate the 'Name' field. When you upload a picture, the next page you can select a document from the document library.  You will have to modify your picture library view [styles] to display the documents with the pictures.
