i need help tracking who is using my email and credit card on here

i want this service, i saw my email had been used, so i had a password sent, someone signed up last month , im hyperactivexa, who was before me? can they be traced? email kramth@Live.com/ btw, i want this service, just i want the guy with my cc to be tracked somehow.

Really, asking the "experts" isn't going to help given you really need to ask EE customer services. try the interface here:

http://www.experts-exchange.com/contactUs.jsp#onlineCustomerService

alternatively, if you know the exact time and date the signup happened, you could check your own web proxy logs (if you still have them) to see if someone accessed the site at that time.
