insert data to combobox

hello and goodmorning i start to make a form  in vb 2005 about products (products form) and i want to have a combobox to choose a category  of a product lets say for example milk (MILK below in food category) HOW to insert the categories in  the combobox

i am using ms access 2003 linked to vbasic 2005 and using  binding navigator

i know  how is work i want to add data inside the combobox where i must add the categories i want in order to  appear in combobox

that you need to manage through the binding source
the other way will be to bring the data from the database in a datatable in the order you want and then databind the combobox

Where and how  i must add the categories i want in order to  appear in combobox?I have the field called categories but nothing inside how i add 4-5 categories in order to  choose one for a product?

one combobox  in a product form  i insert the name of the form  the description and etc i want to choose the category of the product just i add before. in MS ACCESS 2003 i add a filed category and in vb 2005 in my form is a combobox  called category i want in these combobox to  have 4-5 categories when i add a product  i choose from the combobox the category of the product that belong  

that i  want.The problem is  how i insert the categories name inside the combobox
