on PCI standard ISA bridge ??

I'm getting a Question mark warning with this in the device manager. i have an asus m2v-mx se and AMD Dual core Processor, 1 GB Ram. I tried updating the Motherboard driver but no use.

You didn't mention your OS. Hoping it must be XP.  Anyway, try download the latest MB driver from this link
http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?modelname=M2V-MX%20SE&SLanguage=en-us


If still no success you can get rid of the warning by

Device manager--> update driver "Unknown" to a System Device and force the driver to use the "PCI standard ISA bridge" . This can solve the issue.

I already downloaded the drivers and installed but no success. But your
