Hi, I have an application using webwork (Struts2), spring, hibernate application.In the UI, it uses extjs to display Grid. In the legacy application, there are following two lines. Where the variable "webwork,valueStack" comes from? Is it application variable or webwork system variable?
OgnlValueStack stack = (OgnlValueStack)request.getAttribute("webwork.valueStack");
Grid grid = (Grid)stack.findValue("grid");

I'd say a filter (or similar) is adding ww's ValueStack to the request

Shows an example. It is a system object. Then I do not know whether "grid" is a data/parameter in some Action?! How to set it in valueStack?

Value stack could be fetched as follows:

OgnlValueStack stack = (OgnlValueStack)request.getAttribute("webwork.valueStack");
