rpc unavailable

When I try to add a computer to the SBS 2003 domain I receive a rpc unavailable error. When I remove ISA 2004 everything works fine. I re-installed everything last night but server is still doing the same. When ISA 2004 is running I noticed the following error in DNS log. "The DNS server could not signal the service "NAT". The error was 1168. There  may be interoperability problems between the DNS service and this service."

I tried to edit the EnableRSS regsitry key, but made no difference.

This server worked fine the first time when I installed everything about 2 years back. I could understand why it was giving me this error. I used the same installation disk, same drivers and the same hardware.

The problem was on the network cards, not sure how it is possible.... The server has 2 onboard network cards. A Intel(R) 82566DM-2 Gigabit Network and a Intel(R) PRO/1000 MT Network Connection.  If you make the Intel 82566DM the local area network adapter it give you the RPC error. At first I didnt believe it, I reinstalled everything just to make sure that was the problem.

Didnt try to update the drivers for the Intel(R) 82566DM-2 Gigabit card, that might have changed a few things.

and did you upgrade the OS to SP2 within these two years?
that could cause some issues.
but certainly updates drivers and isa to SP3 and rerun the CEICW.
