Best software for 'Page Flipping' effect

I work for a company that publishes a weekly newspaper. My boss wants to make the newspaper available on our website. Visitors must be able to flip the pages of the newspaper. Very important is that some parts of the pages must contain links to other pages, or to mail addresses. Flipping the pages should be easy, even for unexperienced users. I should be able to create a new flipping newspaper (32 pages) every week as fast as possible.
What software do you recommend to achieve this goal? I have no experience with flash, so I suppose a standalone piece of software would be the best choice?

Hi NoraWil,

Page flipping is usually done with a simple Flash effect but that means you will need to be comfortable working with content in Flash.
