I have a user in my firm who uses calender invites to schedule meetings.
The problem is when she sends an invite to any client there is another user who recieves the invite as well when he shouldnt.
Every time she sends another invite , that same user always also recieves the invite. How can I remove him from recieving all these unwanted invites.

Hello,

These issues can be extremely difficult to resolve, can you advise if this happens when only sending to one person at a time?
Potentally one person she is sending a meeting invite to has another user setup as a delegate within OUTLOOK which is configured to send a copy of that meeting to the delegate.
If you could just specify that this happens for each and every user when a meeting is sent individually that should hopefully help a bit more.

But to be honest this sounds like an issue with delegates.

Cheers

Michael
