Personalized mass email messages

Hello,

I want to send about 100-150 email messages to different recipients. The message must have:

1. Unique email address (one recipient only).
2. Three (3) attached files. The first file is a PDF brochure. The second is a MS Word questionnaire. The third file must be a PDF file that has a personalized greeting (name, surname and address) and some "static" body text.
3. The email must have a body message that explains what the email is about etc (all content is "static").

How can I achieve this?

I tried with the Mail Merge feature of MS Word but it cannot be done. The functions are very simplistic and there is no way I can accomplish this fairly advanced task.

So, any ideas for any kind of software that could be used to do something like that?

Thanks

Everything but the 3rd file is do-able using the following instructions:

No, Mail merge does not accomplish multiple attachments or having both a message body and an attachment...

I used this program:

http://www.lmhsoft.com/

It supports different attachments for every email. Not dynamically changing content but with the right tool I create a big single PDF and then cut it in individual files.
