Entourage user's calendar is not showing correct time

One of our Mac user's has Entourage on their MacBook. Since Daylight Savings her calendar items are at incorrect times. I think I have checked all time and time zone settings on the Mac and in the application. I am stumped. Here is a screenshot:

I'm running Entourage 2008 attached to an Exchange server so I suppose that might be aiding me, but I don't see the time issue that you are seeing.

I have just checked my systems and this is what I see.  We are EST/EDT like you.

In Entourage under Preferences an calendar I have time zone to be GMT -4 Eastern Time US and Canada.   I am attaching my screen dumps if my system settings for time

Where does it say 'GMT"?

Gotcha. Office 2004 doesn't show the (GMT-04:00) part.
