How do i deploy MS08-067 patch via gp

I would like to deploy the MS08-067 via group policy in oder to protect my network from Conficker. Are there any potential pitfalls?

The authentication protection provided by Vista is afforded through enhancements in the User Access Control.  It is not configurable on XP/WS03.There is a way but it's not super clean.  The access control list is hard-coded in the source code so it cannot be changed easily through group policy.

Did you find an msi file to do it?

I have the exe file but i don't want to go to each workstation
