Free Busy Information Unavailable for One User

Whenever you schedule this one particular user for a meeting, her free\busy information shows as not available. This problem seems to have started about the time someone added (IIT) to her display name in Active Directory. We have re-created her Outlook profile, run Clean Free Busy numerous times and I have changed her display name back to the way it was in AD. No one else is having problems with free\busy info showing up. Correction, we now know one more user who has the same initials and had (Library) put at the end of their name in the Display name field appears to have the same problem. Has anyone run into this before ?? Any help would be appreciated.
