Setting Up SQL Server CE

I am trying to set up a connection to SQL Server CE. I am using Visual Studio 2008. The connection string I am using is below. There is a password on the DB. Any assistance on how to create my connection string is appreciated.
"Data Source=Mobile Device\ASTD_Grade.sdf;Persist Security Info=True"
