ListBox / ListView similar to ComboBox' drop-down list

ComboBox, when dropped down, shows listbox, that can be displayed OUTSIDE the parent form. To test it, place a ComboBox near the bottom of TForm, add some items and click drop-down button.

How to make something similar using ListBox / ListView?

For example:
- We click a button.
- A ListBox/ListView is shown near the bottom of TForm,
- and PARTIALLY this list is displayed outside the form.

I would be VERY grateful for any suggestions.
Thanks!
Bart

It does not have to be a list - it can be for example a panel.

Normally this involves fairly high level custom component programming, if you want to do it yourself.  If you do not know much about custom component programming it would definitely be easier to find one that someone else has already done.

So, I guess the question now is... Do you want to purchase?  Or do it yourself?

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

All it really is would be a custom form that you handle the move messaging. I don't think you need that high level of custom component creation.
