Icons not showing for enterprise vault 7.0 in outlook 2003 for select users

Have icons not showing for two users I have verified this by using the service account on their mailbox.  Any help would be appreciated.  I know we use DCOM and its working for everyone but these 2 users.  I have run the provisioning task with no luck.

Are the users enabled in EV? If you are pushing out via GPO have you tried installing the outlook-add in manually?

We did the following:
1.      Drill into C:\Program Files\Enterprise Vault\EVClient and double click on ResetEVClient.exe Then restart the computer.
2.      If icons are not appearing once outlook opens again please go into Tools>>Other>Advanced Options>Custom Forms>Manage Forms>Clear Cache.  Then restart the outlook client.

that was going to be my next recommendation.  In Desktop Policy set at least re-tries for Outlook Add-Ins, Outlook 2007 may disable the add-in if it crashes.

BTW, EV 8.0 is worth the upgrade, you can now do single instance between vaults (such as journal and mailbox) and also Vault Partition Rollover so you don't end up running out of room on the partitions
