I am trying to get the script reference profiler to work on composit scripts.  I have downladed the binary file and put the scriptreferenceprofiler.dll in my bin folder.  However I cannot get the script tags to register.  I am sure I am misssing something.  Any help is appreciated.

<microsoft:scriptReferenceProfiler>  This tag does not appear.

This is the download web site: codeplex.com/aspnet/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=13356.
