I have downloaded the MacLoc and using it to lock my screen?
How can I make a keyboard shortcut like command + l to lock my screen
instead of clicking on the MacLoc icon ? Is there already some key

You can easily lock your Mac screen without any additional software.  I am running 10.5.x so not sure what you are running or if this works in earlier versions...

Go to System preferences and click on the Security icon.  In Security click to "Require password to wake this computer from sleep or screen saver".

Then go to Desktop and Screen Saver in Preferences and select your screen saver and then click on Hot Corners button.  Define a corner of your screen to "Start Screen Saver" .

Then when you move your mouse to that corner and let it set a second or two, the screen saver will start and our desktop will be locked.  I've had mine set that way for months now and I think I've only accidentally started it up  once.
