Created new user acount with Domain Admin rights. have put domain admin group in the server 2008 local admin group but still get access denied when I log in as new user

How do I set the permissions on windows server 2008 so that a domain admin account can access the folder and services permissions that the local administrator has access too

What you need to do is take ownership of the file or folder.
