Issues with 2in 2003 as my router

I am configuring win 2003 to be my router for the shot tirm.   I am running 2 nic cards with the following info

nic 1 to internet
IP:70.92.192.207
sub:255.255.255.252
Default: 70.92.192.208

nic 2 for internal network:
192.168.2.2
255.255.255.0
192.168.1.1
dns 1 ISP
dns 2 ISP

set up Nat/fire wall on nic going out to internet.  None of the computers on my network can get on the network.  
I assume I must click on the services I want to share in the nat/firewall properties. I tried that and still nothing.
what other things do I need to confiigure to get it to share internet.

Hi,

On the external side, you say that your default (gateway?) is 70.92.192.208.

What is that device?
