Get.mailbox -database <database_name> | set-mailbox -UseDatabaseQuotaDefaults $True

database_name should be filled in this form: mailboxservername\databasename

Get-mailbox -database <database_name> | set-mailbox -UseDatabaseQuotaDefaults $True

That is correct, Get-mailbox instead in first post Get.mailbox
