Do you have a syslog server running?  If not, download and install Kiwi syslog.

Then it is just a matter of pointing the devices to the syslog server.

ASA:

logging enable
logging timestamp
logging trap informational
logging host inside 10.1.1.10    <--syslog server IP

IOS devices:

logging 10.1.1.10
