Epson Stylus PHOTO R200 doesn't feed paper

Epson Stylus PHOTO R200 doesn't feed paper
It will feed from the rear opening but when you load the paper in the top tray it will not feed in the paper. It moves the paper into position but it acts like the rollers don't turn to feed the paper in.
