Does anyone have any installation instructions for ODP.net 11g components working against an Oracle 10g Database Server with Visual Studio 2008. I've been able to get ODP.net 11g installed with VS2008, but I can't get it configured. I can't find any relevant information on the complete configuration of this architecture.

11g ODP will install 11g client, and that will work fine regardless of other Oracle homes installed. Unlike some products that are COM objects (ORAOLEDB) or rely on your PATH environment variable (ODBC) , ODP truly supports multiple homes as long as you are using 10.2.0.2.20 ODP or higher and have DLLPATH set correctly in the registry so the right client home gets picked up.
