Disabling URL Drag & Drop

Is it possible to disable the URL drag feature in Firefox? Its annoying as heck, since I rarely use it, but more often use the mouse to selectively highlight a section of the URL, but often end up dragging it instead.

I looked under Tools and I see nothing regarding it.

Can you describe how the utility does this? I'm pretty picky about installing anything I don't know, though I know you are trustworthy and give good answers on EE.

The utility works by disabling the javascript that allows drag and drop in an application.  It will disable all drag and drop activities in Firefox.  I have used it, and it works.

I do not know exactly how the utility works. You can ask the developer of the utility.

Ok, thanks! I assume by definition, that the existence of a utility like this implies there is no easy way to do it without the utility. :)
