Internet Explorer 7.0. Not grabbing new information

For some reason my IE 7.0 does not grab the latest information on some sites. It seems to be reverting to the page(s) that are stored in the cache.

Is there a setting that may be causing this problem?

ggodwin--IE Tools|Internet Options|General tab|Browsing History section|Settings fill in either "Automatically" or "Every time I visit the webpage".  Apply|OK
