SQL Error on SCOM 2007

On SCOM 2007 Root management server I am receiving an error:

Source: Health Service
Event ID: 2115
Description A Bind Data Source in Management Group SGC has posted items to the workflow, but has not received a response in 629 seconds.  This indicates a performance or functional problem with the workflow.  Workflow Id : Microsoft.SystemCenter.DataWarehouse.CollectPerformanceData  Instance    : TBURY-SCOM01-VP.sgcad.local  Instance Id : {527CC1A8-064C-B906-8E45-15D40EA23A43}

This has really stumped me. I am guessing it is authentication to the sql database that is on another server.

Can anyone decipher this for me?
