Cisco VOIP question (gateways)

I am looking to put in a Cisco VOIP system in a small office (along with CME and Unity Express). Everything makes sense, but I am a little unclear on one basic thing ...

I have a 2811 that will be a gateway between the PSTN and the Cisco CME system. It is my understanding that when inbound calls come in from the PSTN matching a pattern, they are sent to the CME system like so:

dial-peer voice 10 voip
destination-pattern 2...
session target ipv4:10.1.1.2

with 10.1.1.2 as the CME system (a 3800 series router).

But what about outbound calls to the rest of the world? In other words, how do I configure the 2811 to route outbound calls over the trunk line (FXO port) to the PSTN?

Hi, here is a sample config that should work for you.  This will go on your 2811 and send all inbound calls to the CME router and calls from the CME router out to the FXO ports.  I am assuming you have four FXO ports, but you could easily add more.
