I have a javascript onmouseover effect.  Is it possible to add a delay of 2 seconds to it?  Also is it possible to remove the image that loads in the effect with an onmouseout effect?
<td align="right" valign="bottom" class="prgtTxt"><a href="javascript://" onmouseover="document.getElementById('loginpop').style.display='block'"><img alt="" onmouseover="this.src='images/bringingTxt.jpg'"  /></a>

	<div style="position:relative; width:800px;">
                    <div id="loginpop">
				    <img src="images/toolTip.gif" style="opacity:0.9;filter:alpha(opacity=90)" alt="" border="0" usemap="#Map" /></div>

              </div>
</td><
