Hello Chuckwang,

it's https://FQDN/remote, do you already get past that?
Can you actually see the RWW page, the computers?
is this sbs 2003 or 2008?

Regards,

suppsaws

I am new to this MS network, but I have been in computer hardware field for a long time(20+yrs). What I found is that if a computer or user is not classified as remote user at SBS svr, it would have not to permitted to use some of the remote connectcomputer or download connection manager. And  I was using a testing computer which is not joint to the domain. What I end up doing is create the connection manager disk on the SBS svr. You are correct as to answer goes, but it is more of a book answer. My computers is not within the scope. Thanks.
