Hello,

We have a Kyocera 8100DN to print publisher 2003 A3 document and sometime the text is cut half way horizontally even in the middle of the document. We find some user error regarding some text boxes overlapping each other but some document are still being cut after correction.
I have tried to print the same document on an other printer and it appears fine.

Do you have any idea ?

QEM3,

How are you doing?

By your posting, I assume you are in Europe (says, British Summer Time) and this is the download page for Kyocera Europe - UK - English:
http://www.kyocerasupport.co.uk/index/download_center.false.driver.FSC8100DN._.EN.html

Try downloading the latest version of the print driver for your particular Operating System and see if the update fixes your issue(s).

Hope this helps,
Kevin

Hi there

I change the driver from a pcl 6 to the KX one and it seems to make some improvement but we'll see in the next couple of days.

thanks
