How to add custom aspx page into SharePoint site

I have another web application project on Visual Studio 2005, then I want to add those pages into SharePoint site with its master page. Please advise and let us know the step to do that.

Thanks,

Sorry, but Sharepoint uses it's own custom ASP.NET ISAPI DLL and all content is rendered dynamically from the database so this isn't simply to do.  You have to do things the Sharepoint way.  You cannot simply copy your custom application onto the Sharepoint site and integrate with it.

Choice #1: Add a virtual folder to your web server that has a separate web application running using your project.  It will appear to be on the Sharepoint site but in fact isn't integrated at all.  IE:  http://sharepoint.domain.com/YourOtherSite/

Choice #2: Add the ASPX pages into template folders but you CANNOT use code behind.  It only works for simply pages where you use the code in the file.

Choice #3: Create custom ASCX controls and use a tool from CodePlex to host your ASCX files in web parts in Sharepoint.  The project is called SharePoint SmartTemplates for Visual Studio

Choice #4: Learn how to customize Sharepoint.  Sorry but this is quite a challenge and is more difficult than learning how to build an ASP.NET web application.
