Exchange Mobile admin installation

I downloaded the Exchange 2003 Activesync Administration tool and I installed it.  However, it did not appear to add any programs to the start menu, nor can I find it in Exchange system manager.  The included documentation was not sufficient.   How do I use this tool?  This is an SBS server 2003 with Exchange SP2

Its a web based application. You should have an additional virtual directory on the web server of the machine that you installed it on called /mobileadmin.

As for the use of the tool - it only does one thing - wipe devices. Nothing else, it should be called the "Handset wipe tool".
