I have a Windows 2003 Server, running our accounting software and we have two users who use RDP to connect to our server to use this program. Today, while trying to print, they get the Visual Studio Just-In-Time Error "An unhandled win32 exception occurred in explorer.exe" and printing is not possible.  AT the same time, an event 1002 "The shell stopped unexpectedly and explorer.exe was restarted" is logged. I tried to do edit the registry as suggested by Microsoft in the Link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811191, but my shell already contains explorer.exe.
Highly appreciate your help in resolving this issue

I've restarted the Server and the printing is working fine now.
