Hi all,
I am using a DataGridView in one of my forms.   I want the datagridview to refresh every 5 minutes.  I know I need to use a timer control, but I don't know how to use it.  How can I do this?  Thanks in advance.

here is the sample how you can work with the timer control

in the timer_tick event you can connect to the database bring in the new data and then bind the datagridview to show the refreshed data
you can set the timer to fire after 5 minutes - the timer takes values in milliseconds
