OCS 2007 - How do I pull reports on users activities?

Once archiving has been set up, with MSMQ and SQL 2008, how does one pull archived messages, logs and reports on users IMs and activity?

I would like to be able to pull IM reports for managers about questionable content etc when they request it.

This is possible to do correct?
