Outlook VCards are being received without the email address

I have a user who spends a lot of her day updating her boss' contacts and emailing him the altered VCards. About a week ago the VCards started showing up in her boss' inbox with the email address field blank. All the other fields of the vcard come across fine.

I have tried sending example vcards to other users as well as to myself (I use a Mac with Entourage) and every computer has received the vcard with the email address blank so it seems to be the fault of the originator's computer.

Any thoughts?
